Thank you (hereinafter referred to as the user) for choosing BuyVideoCard. Please abide by the provisions of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as this agreement) during the use of BuyVideoCard.
Before accepting this agreement, please carefully read all the contents of this agreement, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, legal application, and dispute resolution. If you do not agree with the content of this agreement, please immediately stop using our BuyVideoCard service. Any use by you will be deemed an acceptance of this agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement together with the BuyVideoCard operator.
1、 Definition
BuyVideoCard Service: Refers to the online trading and related technical support services provided by BuyVideoCard operators to users through the official website and client of BuyVideoCard (hereinafter referred to as BuyVideoCard and related services).
User: A natural person, legal entity, or other organization that obtains authorization and number through the BuyVideoCard provided access to obtain authorization and pass account registration.
2、 Intellectual Property Declaration
All rights (including copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret and other relevant rights) of all technologies, programs, data and other information (including text, icons, pictures, photos, audio, video, charts, color combinations, Page layout, etc.) of BuyVideoCard belong to the operator of BuyVideoCard or the operator of BuyVideoCard has obtained legal authorization. Without the permission of the operator or obligee of BuyVideoCard, no one may use any content in BuyVideoCard by means of monitoring, copying, spreading, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading, etc. through robots, spiders and other programs or devices.
3、 About User Information
- Users should provide true, complete, and accurate user information at the time of registration, and update user information in a timely manner. True and complete user information will serve as the basis for BuyVideoCard to provide various services and a prerequisite for users to obtain legal protection.
- If the user fails to provide truthful, complete, accurate or timely updates of user information, the user shall bear all losses and responsibilities resulting from this, including but not limited to: loss of account passwords, account disputes with others, etc.
4、 User Instructions
- Users should ensure that the information provided during registration, login to BuyVideoCard, and use of BuyVideoCard services is true, complete, and accurate.
- BuyVideoCard Pass Account:
(1) The ownership of the BuyVideoCard pass account belongs to BuyVideoCard. After completing the registration application procedures, users obtain the right to use the account.
(2) The use right of the BuyVideoCard pass account only belongs to the initial applicant for registration. To ensure the security of user information and account, users are prohibited from transferring, inheriting, or renting the account. If BuyVideoCard discovers that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, BuyVideoCard has the right to reclaim the account without incurring legal liability to the account user.
(3) If there is a dispute between users regarding the ownership of account usage rights, BuyVideoCard will make independent judgments based on the initial personal registration information. If the true owner cannot be determined due to personal data defects (such as untrue or incomplete information), BuyVideoCard has the right to reclaim the disputed account, and the related losses and responsibilities shall be borne by the user.
(4) Users are responsible for the custody of their BuyVideoCard pass account and password, and are fully responsible for all activities under their account and password.
(5) If a user does not use the BuyVideoCard pass account for a long time after registering, the BuyVideoCard company has the right to recycle the account to avoid resource waste.
- As the operator of BuyVideoCard is the sole copyright owner of BuyVideoCard, they have the right to provide paid licenses to users in accordance with the law. Users are not allowed to directly or indirectly rent or sell BuyVideoCard services (including free experience services), and BuyVideoCard will no longer provide any subsequent after-sales services for accounts with sharing behavior. All disputes and losses arising from the user’s private transfer shall be borne by the user. Meanwhile, BuyVideoCard reserves the right to hold users who violate this agreement legally responsible.
- If users find system vulnerabilities, program bugs, etc., they should report to BuyVideoCard customer service in a timely manner. If users take advantage of system vulnerabilities, program bugs, etc. to seek illegitimate benefits, BuyVideoCard has the right to take measures against relevant accounts, including but not limited to clearing Unjust enrichment, closing accounts, etc.
- If the user is under the age of 18 or is a person with limited civil capacity, they should read this agreement and use the BuyVideoCard service under the supervision and guidance of their legal representative. The legal representative should represent the user to complete the registration and use of the BuyVideoCard service, and bear all legal responsibilities and consequences arising from this on their behalf.
- If the virtual product is damaged due to factors such as incorrect account input/account binding phone number, incorrect amount, improper operation or lack of understanding, or insufficient understanding of recharge charging methods, resulting in incorrect account charging, incorrect recharge amount, or incorrect selection of recharge type, the customer shall bear the losses caused thereby, and our company will not make compensation or compensation.
- After the order is successfully shipped, the user needs to click the confirm receipt button on the order interface in a timely manner. If the confirmation is not made within 2 hours, the receipt will be automatically confirmed.
5、 User Prohibited Behaviors and Responsibilities
- Users should use the BuyVideoCard service in accordance with laws and the provisions of this agreement. Users are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors while using the BuyVideoCard service, including but not limited to:
(1) Unauthorized deletion of all copyright related information and content on BuyVideoCard and other copies.
(2) Unauthorized reverse engineering, disassembly, and compilation of BuyVideoCard.
(3) For BuyVideoCard related information, unauthorized use, copying, modification, linking, reprinting, compilation, publication, establishment of mirror sites, unauthorized use of software to develop related derivative products, works, services, etc.
(4) Publish, transmit, disseminate, store content that violates national laws, endangers national security, national unity, and social stability, or any inappropriate, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent, or any content that violates national laws, regulations, and policies.
(5) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on the legitimate rights of others such as intellectual property and trade secrets.
(6) Use any materials or information that contains images or photos obtained by using BuyVideoCard through infringement of trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of either party.
(7) Conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information; Attempting to detect, scan, test vulnerabilities in the BuyVideoCard system or network without permission, or engaging in other behaviors that disrupt network security; Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the BuyVideoCard system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and disrupt normal network information services; Forgery of TCP/IP packet names or partial names.
(8) Using BuyVideoCard services to directly or indirectly engage in or involve any legally prohibited activities such as money laundering, selling stolen goods, concealing criminal proceeds, gambling, malicious hoarding, etc.
All responsibilities arising from the user’s illegal or violation of this agreement shall be borne by the user, and shall not be related to BuyVideoCard or its cooperating units. If any losses are caused to BuyVideoCard or its cooperating units, BuyVideoCard and its cooperating units have the right to demand compensation from the user and immediately stop providing services to them, keep relevant records, and reserve the right to cooperate with judicial authorities to pursue legal responsibilities.
6、 Risk reminder
- BuyVideoCard may be invaded by various security issues, such as others using user information, causing real-life harassment; Other software downloaded and installed contains viruses such as Trojan Horse horses, which threaten the security of users’ computer information and data. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
- Any other software, website, program, etc. derived from BuyVideoCard that has not been developed and officially released by the BuyVideoCard operator or authorized by the BuyVideoCard operator is illegal. Downloading, installing, and using such software, website, program may result in unpredictable risks, and all legal liabilities and disputes arising therefrom are not related to BuyVideoCard. Users are not allowed to easily download, install, or use such software, websites, or programs. Otherwise, BuyVideoCard has the right to terminate the user’s account usage qualification.
Users can only log in and use the BuyVideoCard service through the official website and legal channels provided by the client. Users are not allowed to log in and use the BuyVideoCard service through other software, programs, or other methods that are not authorized by the BuyVideoCard operator, including but not limited to illegally compatible software, programs, or other methods that are not explicitly licensed by the BuyVideoCard operator. Otherwise, BuyVideoCard has the right to terminate the user’s account usage qualification.
7、 Privacy Protection and Disclosure
Respecting and protecting the privacy of user information resources is a consistent policy of BuyVideoCard. When using the BuyVideoCard service, the user agrees that the BuyVideoCard operator collects, stores, uses, discloses, and protects the user’s personal information in accordance with the published privacy policy. BuyVideoCard operators hope to provide users with a clear understanding of the handling of their personal information through the privacy policy. Therefore, it is recommended that users read the privacy policy in its entirety to help better protect their privacy rights.
8、 Service Adjustment
The user understands and agrees that the operator of BuyVideoCard has the right to adjust the service content of BuyVideoCard after notifying the user in advance in the form of announcement according to the development of the Internet industry.
9、 About value-added services
BuyVideoCard or partners will provide users with various Internet value-added services related to the software, including free and paid value-added services, according to the development of the market and technology. BuyVideoCard or cooperating units reserve the right to charge fees for related value-added services and change the charging standards and methods; If the relevant services are changed from free to paid services, BuyVideoCard and/or cooperating units will notify in an appropriate form. Users can choose to accept or refuse the paid services and guarantee that when using the paid services, fees will be paid in accordance with the relevant charging regulations of BuyVideoCard and/or cooperating units. If fees are refused or delayed, BuyVideoCard or cooperating units have the right to stop the service and recover losses and compensation in accordance with the law.
10、 Legal Liability and Disclaimer
- The user understands and acknowledges that BuyVideoCard involves Internet services and may be affected by unstable factors in all aspects. There are risks of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by force majeure, Computer virus, hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown and any other network, technology, communication lines, etc. The user will bear the above risks, BuyVideoCard and its cooperating units do not assume any responsibility.
- The user understands and acknowledges that BuyVideoCard and its cooperating units shall not be liable for any economic losses suffered due to communication line failures, technical issues, network or computer failures, system instability, or other force majeure reasons of third parties such as telecommunications departments.
- The third-party software or technology that BuyVideoCard may use is legally authorized. Any disputes arising from third-party software or technology shall be resolved by such third party, and BuyVideoCard shall not be held responsible. BuyVideoCard does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If users need support, please contact the software or technology provider.
11、 Change of Agreement
The BuyVideoCard operator may modify this agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations, as well as the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights. The changed agreement (hereinafter referred to as “change matters”) will be notified to users through system announcements or other appropriate means.
If the user does not agree to the change, they have the right to contact BuyVideoCard customer service for feedback before the effective date of the change. If the feedback is adopted, the BuyVideoCard operator will adjust the changes accordingly.
If the user still does not agree to the effective change, the user shall stop using the BuyVideoCard service from the effective date of the change, and the change shall not have any effect on the user; If the user continues to use the BuyVideoCard service after the change takes effect, it is deemed that the user agrees to the effective change.
12、 Other
- Any partial or complete invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
- The interpretation, validity and dispute settlement of this agreement shall be applicable to the laws of the China. If there is any dispute or controversy between the user and BuyVideoCard, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If consultation fails, the user hereby fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court where the BuyVideoCard operator is located.
- The BuyVideoCard operator reserves all rights to interpret this agreement.
